Hello! In case this is the first time we are meeting, I'm Ashley. For years I struggled with emotional and disordered eating which caused my weight to constantly change.  I was always tired, sad and frustrated with myself and my body.

After a back injury when I was just 33, I poured myself into learning all I could about my body, nutrition and true health.  I have been able to heal my back, my gut issues and maintain a healthy weight for over 5 years. Even better, I healed my relationship with food and my body.  It is now my passion to share this healing and knowledge with you.

A week in the life of having an Accountability Coach:

Everyone can start off great with eating right, exercising and watching portions. But as soon as the week gets going, stress kicks up, schedules get busy, the fast food drive-thru is calling your name and the plan goes out the window.  Insert your Accountability Coach and you can rely on me to help you make better choices and be your personal food tracker without counting calories! 

 

If I don't get a meal picture from you during the day, I'll reach out to see how you are doing. If you get off track, no worries...we get back on it the next morning!

With someone by your side, virtually, one week turns into two week, two weeks turns into three, and soon after our month together you'll be SO happy you signed up to have an accountability coach once you see the results! It takes time, and you just need some accountability.
